Plain-language privacy
Your booking details should stay purposeful.
This preview connects to Spa Cafe’s booking calendar and automated booking assistant. It is designed to collect only the information needed to answer a question or manage an appointment. Last updated 17 July 2026.
What you choose to provide
A calendar booking may include your name, contact details, chosen treatment, appointment time and anything you deliberately add to the booking form. A chat message contains the words you send and a random conversation identifier. Please do not share medical, payment or other highly sensitive information in chat.
How the information is used
Booking details are sent to Spa Cafe’s self-hosted calendar at cal.burrohost.top so the appointment can be created and managed. Chat messages are sent through this site’s same-origin /api/chat route to Spa Cafe’s self-hosted automation. An AI language service may help interpret a request and phrase a reply; it is not a medical adviser.
Calling and WhatsApp
Phone and WhatsApp links open the relevant service on your device. Information you send there is handled by your phone provider or WhatsApp under their own privacy terms.
Browser storage
The assistant stores a random conversation identifier in this browser tab so replies can stay together. It does not intentionally contain your name or phone number and disappears when the tab session ends.
Retention and your choices
The demonstration environment may retain booking records and limited automation logs so Spa Cafe can operate and troubleshoot the service. A final client launch still requires Spa Cafe to approve exact retention periods and deletion procedures. You can ask about, correct or request deletion of information by calling Spa Cafe.
